Jalyn Akers '27 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jalyn Akers I am a sophomore at Mount Ayr I am involved in volleyball, bowling, track, and softball. My passion has always been sports ever since I was young. If I could go D1 I would want it to be for softball or track. My family has always said I  was born to be a softball player. I'm only a sophomore but I have shown dedication in all of my sports missing very little practice and putting in the extra work. This summer I worked hard every day starting my day with lifting at 6 and going till 7 a.m. then softball from 7-9 then straight to the ring to throw then later in the day I would go to volleyball open gym.
