At the early age of 6 I knew my path would include 2 things, studying nursing to become a neonatal nurse and playing sports collegiately. I have dedicated my time to training for competitive cheerleading and running track to become the best athlete that I can be. As a freshman, I applied and was accepted into my high schools Biomedical Academy as a pre-nursing major and became a dual enrollment student in both high school and college. As a sophomore I completed the Biomedical pre nursing program, maintained my enrollment with the local community college and enrolled in the University of Alabama Early College as well where I am excelling. Now as a junior I am in my dedicated pathway of nursing, serve on the Student Nursing Board, Norton Children’s Hospital Teen Board, Beta Club, dual enrollment through 2 colleges all while still being a high school student, competitive cheerleader and playing 2 varsity sports of Cheerleading and Track. My parents taught me that hard work goes a long way and that is what I do to achieve my goals in my craft, in the classroom, and daily in life. A self starter and dedicated student-athlete I hope to take my talents to the next level.
