I want to go to college to be a Labor and Delivery nurse. I am a great candidate for any college team because I am hardworking, I am persistent, and I won’t give up. If I want to reach something I’m going to work at it until I achieve it. I want to be the best I can be and I want to push myself to the limit. I am in seventh grade and I have been running for two years. I qualified for middle school state both years, and I qualified for the high school class 1A state meet this year. I ran 7th in the middle school state meet this year with a time of 50.09; and I ran 14th in the high school state meet, with a PR of 49.98. My school is a small Christian school and we do not have a track of our own. None of my coaches can teach hurdle, nor long jump technique, as they have distance and sprinting back grounds. God has given me a raw talent, and He has already allowed me to accomplish much. As my access to skilled coaching and regular practice on a track, with regular hurdle work, increases, I believe my drive and determination will allow the sky to be the limit.
