Since a very young age, I'm best known for telling everyone that I would be the first African American woman president of the United Sates. While that goal has faded in the wind, I remain a people person and champion of equity and advancement for all. Somewhere along the way my passion for athletics connects my dedication to academics. I've done ballet, modeling, acting and none of these opportunities enticed my passion quite like track. Academics come easy to me, I'm an all A student and enjoy learning. I'm like a sponge. I'm drawn to the unknown, unachieved and complicated. I enjoy building relationships with not only my teachers and peers but teammates and coaching staff. I have cultivated solid relationships with both my teammates and coaching staff. I am teachable and an eager learner. I want to win. My forever goal is to optimize my performance in cooperation with team goals and agenda. I am both motivated and a motivator. Often seen cheering my teammates on long after my events are completed. College is currently 3 years away but my goal is to pursue a psychology degree with the hopes of following both my Grandfathers into the field of law. I would be a great candidate for any collegiate team because I'm a winner at heart. I dedicate myself to the lifecycle of anything I commit myself to, and not just for personal gain but collective advancement. One thing that separates me from other candidates is my God given identity. No-one else can be me. And as such, I concentrate on my personal aptitude and ethic and how it can contribute to the greater good of my team, school and world at large.
