Hi! My name is Belle McQuarrie , I am a sprinter for Morley Stanwood Highschool. Since I was a little girl I always loved to beat the boys in running competitions at recess, there was something about competition that I loved. Seventh Grade was my first year on a track team , the first day we tried out some events that may be fit for us. That day was the first time I jumped over a hurdle, and that was also the day my coach signed me up to run the fifty five meter hurdles for the rest of my middle school seasons. From seventh grade to now I’ve always been very big on exercise, lifting, and nutrition for my health. I always have the next track season goals set into my brain, making notes how I can come back stronger than I was the year before. During my off season I’m always lifting, running, and doing hurdle drills keeping my goals in mind to work forward too. My dream is to be able to run for a college hopefully doing hurdles or pole vault, although I’m a very flexible person and would love to be fit anywhere on a team!
