I started my first year of track in 2019, lacking many running skills. During the season, I fixed my form and listened to my coaches to strengthen my running performance. Pushing myself to get closer to my true potential, led me to run in state and had earned 10th place for the 4x200 and 4th place for the 4x100. In the summer, I joined the Blue Devils an AAU team and got the opportunity to run at the AAU National Competition. These accomplishments made me realize that perseverance, determination, and reliability is everything in a sport if you want to grow to succeed.
