Personal Statement
My goal is to be a high level collegiate pole vaulter at a school with a commitment to their track program. I am a hard worker and am willing to put in the time and effort necessary to excel. I am coachable and willing to try different techniques in order to progress in the sport. Personal fitness is important to me and I pride myself in staying in peak physical shape through exercise and a balanced diet. I play multiple sports which has helped me to learn to perform in high pressure situations and has made me a well rounded athlete. I am committed to my academic career as much as my athletic career and realize the value of a good education.
