Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Jessica Bertrand. I attend Axtell Community Schools and maintain a 4.0 GPA. I am currently a senior but have only been able to participate in one year of high school track. My sophomore year was canceled to COVID-19, and my Junior year I was unfortunately unable to compete due to foot surgery.
As a freshman, I was a member of the 4x400 and 4x100 Class D state champion relay. I also ran a 27.0 in the 200-meter dash.
I am interested in running college track and I am a hardworking, competitive, and determined athlete.
