I started running track during my freshman year and cross country during my sophomore year. So far, individually, I’ve accomplished a lot. I was the 2018 (4A) regional champion in the 1600 and the 800. I qualified to state in 3 events both my freshman and sophomore year. I also ran the anchor leg of my school’s 4x800 that won state in the 2019 season.
From a team standpoint, we also had many accomplishments with a regional championship in track (2018) and cross country (2019). I played flag football my freshman year of where we were regional champions (caught the game winning touchdown in double overtime) and won state. I was also a member of the cross country team that won state in the 2019 season. I also played club soccer for most of my life and was the captain of my team that placed 3rd at nationals in 2018. I did all of this while maintaining a 3.9 GPA. Overall, I am a very competitive team player who can handle many priorities at once.
