Ever since I was little, I had a passion for running. My freshman year, i didn't know what events i wanted to do. My sophomore year I decided to join the cross country. I thought I was going to be really bad but I did very good. I ended the season with a 23:00 and that was the first time time I joined long distance. Track season rolled around and I got into the 800, 1600 and even 3200 and running very good times. I push myself so much during the season and off the season too. I've gotten the awards most improve and coaches award in cross country and in track. How I am different from other athletics is that i'm focus on the prize. I make sure to push myself at practice's and at races. If I do bad i think about it all night and then the next day I make sure to refinish what I did wrong. I have really good sportsmanship, I make sure to include everyone. I always make sure I am a leader and help my teammates when they feel low or when there scared. I'm not that typical student who gets straight A's. School for me is kinda difficult for me. Some subjects I do very well in and other's I have to be on my A game. I'm a B-C student but I try and push myself in the class to get better grades. My college goals is to get my bachelor's degree but my main goal is to get my doctorate. I really want to succeeded in college and do very well. My other goal is to run in college because I love staying fit and being competitive in the sport. Running is something that I don't want to stop. I want to run at the highest level, that I can.
