Margaret Ross '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Margaret Ross and I am a senior at Bayport Blue Point High School on Long Island, New York. I run distance and have competed in cross country, winter track, and spring track throughout high school. I truly love running and the lifestyle that goes with it, and that is why I am looking to run in college

I pride myself on my accomplishments both on the track and in the classroom. Some of my academic achievements include awards in AP United States History and AP English Language and Composition. I have also been named an AP Scholar with Distinction. Additionally, I am involved in several community service and leadership based organizations such as Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership.

Over the past three years I have seen enormous improvements in my performances on the track and in the trails, and I cannot wait to further my running career in college. Thank you for your time!
