I am a hard working, dedicated athlete. After rupturing my ACL in the fall of 2018 during a school soccer game, I was able to overcome the obstacles and work hard in my recovery from reconstructive surgery to be able to compete in the spring 2019 outdoor track season. In that season I had great success, taking first place in the 100m, 200m, and as the anchor on the 4x1 team at sectionals as well as a second place as an anchor on the 4x4 team. I followed up by placing 4th in the state for division 2 at the state competition. I believe I have the drive it takes to be an addition to a team at the next level after completing high school in the spring of 2021.
