
I started track when I was 14. I didn’t know what was ahead of me for competing in this sport. I started in sprints then moved to jumps doing long and triple jump. I started running events more in my junior year of high school and because of that, I have been improving in my marks for jumps, especially triple jump. I went from 29’ to 32’6.75” in an entire season of track in triple jump. I went from being the worst on the team to one of the top runners and jumpers on my team all thanks to my coaches. I hope to be recruited to the next level for track after high school
