Avery Helman '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I’m Avery Helman, I am a 2025-year graduate. Since I was little I have always wanted to take running to the next level. I am dedicated to my team and always learning new techniques to get better. I have been told by multiple coaches that I am coachable which makes me a huge asset to their team. My AAU coach always said, “Avery it takes hard work and willing to go  150% to get where you want to”. Ever since he told me that I have applied it to my running.  I have made sure that I’m growing as a person through athletics and my academics.
