Ebondo Kapepula '21 Recruiting Profile

     Hello, My name is Ebondo A. Kapepula and I am a rising senior at David H. Ponitz High School. One of my most important goals is finding a college with the best pharmacy program. I enjoy my biotechnology courses and being a member of my school’s varsity track team. As a student athlete, I have developed strategies and strengthened skills that will make me a successful college teammate and student. I'm looking for colleges with the best pharmacy programs and athletics. Furthermore, my aspirations are to be successful in the pharmacy program and on a track team. I have found that performing well as an athlete enhances my academic performance.  I started running my freshman year of high school, ever since I've seen the change in me as a person and athlete . After high school, I aspire to pursue a career in pharmaceutical science. I want to pursue my career as a pharmaceutical scientist.  I have seen Improvement in my endurance and time over the course of track and field  and cross country seasons. For example, last season I came third place overall at the city championships . This sport has taught me a lot. It has taught me how to be motivated, and how to motivate and encourage others. I am continuing to train harder despite the coronavirus challenge. For this reason. I am a good candidate because it shows that I do not  give up when faced with a challenge. It has also taught discipline in and out of the classroom. The best thing about me is that I am a dedicated, hardworking, and easy going person to work with. I am looking forward to bringing the same energy, enthusiasm and dedication to your team .
