Personal Statement

I aspire to be a collegiate athlete as well as attend medical school to become a Sports Medicine Doctor or Team Doctor. I am a very hardworking person inside and outside the classroom. In the classroom I take all honors courses, Spanish and band where I play in the wind symphony and marching band.  Outside the classroom I love to be active and spend time with my friends and family.   Other sports I compete in other than track and field are varsity women's soccer, and varsity diving (swimming occasionally). Outside of school sports I train/compete every winter weekend in New York for alpine downhill ski racing where I travel all over New York with NYSSRA and Holimont Racing. I have been told by all of my coaches in past and present years that I am very coachable and have the right mindset to always get better!
