What Makes me a good candidate and different from other athletes is my drive to always want to get better at what I’m doing. I always want to be better than the best and will put in the work to achieve that. I love track with all my heart and would love to have the opportunity to continue the sport in college. I will put in all that I have and be the best hardest working one on the team. I run the 4x100 and the 4x200 relay and compete in long jump. I also run cross country at the beginning of the school year. I have been doing both sports since 7th grade and have been on the varsity team all 4 highschool years for both. I have gone to regional track and qualified for the finals my first two years in track for both relays. I just recently competed in the state track meet this year (junior year) in the 4x100 4x200 and long jump. I will be working hard this coming season to make my way back there and hopefully earn myself a medal. I have also competed at the state level for cross county my freshman year and qualifying for regionals the two following years. I am currently about to compete in the regional meet again on October 23 hopefully earning myself another appearance At state.
