I fell in love with running at a very young age. I used to live in Georgia, and would participate in the Peachtree Jr. race annually in elementary school. Ever since then, I knew running was my passion. Eventually, as I got older and moved to Utah, I started running for the city league track and field program. While doing this, I feel in love with sprints and haven't stopped since. I've been on the varsity track team for my high school and have participated in running for my club team since freshman year. I love sports, but I also understand the value in my education. I'm willing to push a little harder, work a little longer, and sacrifice a little more time in order to achieve my goals. While in high school, I have also been attending Utah Valley University, where I will graduate with my associates degree this next spring along with my high school delopma, so I understand the work required to maintain good grades in college. I strive to be very coachable, and value any feedback that may help me improve athletically. It has always been my dream to run in college at a D1 school, and I know that given the opportunity, I would work hard to maintain great athletics as well as academics.
Thank you for your time!
