Olivia Stiles '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Olivia Stiles, I'm a junior at The Overlake School in Redmond, Washington. I am super excited to share my running profile with you. Ever since I started running competitively in sixth grade, I was interested in representing a collegiate team where I could not only wear the jersey but be a part of the team culture. I run cross country for The Overlake School, where I recently broke the school's all time 5k record; I finished this XC season placing 13th at state with a PR of 19:59 on a hilly course. Not only did I finish the season with a PR but I'm confident I can drop a huge PR in the upcoming XC season. I run distance track and field at Bellevue High School, where I completed a shortened COVID 19 season with times I'm confident can be improved upon. Currently, I'm pre-season training for 2022 track and am continuing to focus on academics. In school, I have a 3.98 unweighted GPA and have enjoyed challenging myself with various honors and AP courses. In college, I look forward to competing with the team and pursuing a Biology focused pre-medical tract. In my spare time, I enjoy photography, writing poetry, making and selling greeting cards, community service, and spending time with friends and family.
