Hello! I'm Daisy. I have been on running on varsity for the West Seattle High School cross country team all four years. Cross country is by far my favorite sport, and the genuine happiness I receive from running gives me motivation to work and train hard, during season and off season. My official PR is 23:57, but in my off season training my quickest time was 22:43 for a 5k. I am determined to continue knocking off minutes, my goal of sub 20 in my future regardless of being on an official team or not. I would be a great runner for your team, as I am hard working, determined, and absolutely love to run. Along with running, I do Running Start at South Seattle Community College, on track to obtain both my high school diploma and Associate of Science by the time I graduate in 2020. I want to major in biology, and am interested in pursuing either sports medicine or zoology. Thank you for your time!
