Hi! I’m Chesnee and I attend Ritchie County High School in West Virginia. I am a Senior and run cross country and track. I love running. It has been a huge passion of mine since I started competing in the sixth grade. While in high school cross country, I’ve had many accomplishments that I am very proud of. As a Freshman, I finished 19th in the conference which landed me on second team All Conference and then got 8th at our regional meet. My pr for the season was a 23:51. Leading up to my Sophomore season,I trained very hard and it paid off. I was first on my team all year, placed at almost every meet, placed 10th in the Conference, which awarded me First Team All LKC. I finished 2nd in Regionals. My pr was a 20:54. My Junior year was more of the same. My PR improved to a 20:49 and I finished 3rd at Regionals and a top 20 finish at the State Meet. My goal for High School is to make All-state and get my picture up on the wall at our school. I work hard every day to reach my goal. I hope you can see my hard work and dedication and hopefully I can help your team reach it’s goals as well. Thank you for your time and consideration.
