Hope Verhoeven '24 Recruiting Profile

Thank you for taking the time to view my profile, as you may have already seen I am a volleyball player from Alberta, Canada looking to further my student-athlete title. As I have always wanted to study abroad, volleyball is helping me obtain my goal. I see myself to be part of a well rounded team while following my passion to study criminology. In 2021, I became serious about the sport by going online for my grade 10 year to focus and train more with personal coach, Greg Ryan. By grade 11 (2022) I got picked up by a city team (SAS), giving me an opportunity to move away from home to get more exposure and to continue to train at a higher level. Throughout junior high and high school I have maintained an 80+ average, putting me on the honor role. In closing, I hope you enjoy watching my videos and the technique I have developed over time.
