I have been playing volleyball since I was ten years old. Since I first stepped on the court, I have worked hard for everything that I have and have had to sacrifice a lot of things in my life in order to achieve the point that I am at now. I have always had the aspiration of playing at the highest possible level and the collegiate volleyball stage is the next step in a long list of goals for my future in sports.
I have quick movement on the court and a strong jump serve. I am an excellent defensive player that will do anything to get a good touch on any ball before it hits the ground and I am a strategist for my teams both defensively and on the offense. I am a team leader and try to lead by example while also encouraging my teammates. I am a consistent and level headed player that does not let the pressures of a game get into my head. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working players and one of the hardest working recruits you’ll find.
In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I am also a leader in my church, and I volunteer at many service opportunities. I also participate in a variety of musical activities such as musical theatre, choir, vocal solos, and dance.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the court. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to all my peers and make my family proud.
