Isabella Blackwell '24 Recruiting Profile

I've been passionate about volleyball since age 5 .  I've played every season and every year since.  My volleyball club, Aspire, is one of the top clubs in the country and I have started on the 1’s team 5 years in a row.  One of my favorite accomplishments was playing for the AZ High Performance team in 2019.  

I am a great team leader and I am often chosen by coaches to be the team captain.  I can't wait to play in college and elevate my game.  Ideally, I would love to play for a college or university on the west coast or in the south because those areas are closer to home and family is very important to me.  Academics are also important to me.  I am a driven player and I take any opportunity I can to train or get extra time on the court.  Every day I put in extra hours to push myself to the next level.
