I have been playing sports as far back as I can remember. Being raised by a professional athlete now professional coach, I have been exposed to so much information about what it takes to be coachable, dedicated and diligent about always being my best and always improving.
Growing up I mostly played basketball and track and excelled in those sports. When I was 14 though, I was introduced to volleyball and it quickly became my new passion and focus.
I started playing my Freshman Year and made Varsity and started as a Middle Blocker. I loved it so enrolled in the Club Program SA Force in San Antonio. I played with 15's my Freshman Year and then played up with 17s my Sophomore Year. I played both Middle and Outside for my Club teams.
On the court my team leans on me to block well and hit to kill. My defense and serve receive are consistent and always improving. I am quick on the court and have endurance through long rallies. I play all the way around and get 3-4 aces per game as well.
After my sophomore year, my family and I moved from Texas to New Jersey. This is the first time at a Public School. I was selected to be a Team Captain this Junior Year and I take great pride is being responsible for helping motivate and encourage the team.
I am coachable and strive to be the best I can be.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the court. I am open to all options and locations and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to all my peers and make my family proud.
