Mirabella Medina '25 Recruiting Profile

I started volleyball in seventh grade with no intention of playing in college. The more I played, the more I fell in love with the game. By my sophomore school season, I had no desire to stop playing. College is my new goal. Training and giving all my effort during practice led me from a bench warmer to a starter, winning MVP in school season, and being captain on both my club and school teams. This year I had the honor of winning state and making it into the number 8th ranked club in the country  I am only getting better and I am going to continue to work even harder  

I love this sport and will do whatever it takes to make it to the next level. Being an athlete has made me a more determined person, a better team player, and has allowed me the opportunity to maintain my level of faith in myself and my abilities despite what goes on around me. When I play in college, I will put everything I have into always becoming better. Becoming better at the game, at fitness, as a teammate, friend, and even a listener. I have been through a lot in my life, and I am truly grateful for this sport and the opportunity to fight for what I love.
