Ja'Kyra Austin '14 Recruiting Profile

Something that makes me different from other recruits is that I've only been playing for two years but in that two years, with a lot of hard work, I've came a long way. From never playing my sophomore year to being selected All-State and Player of the Year my senior year I believe exemplifies that I'm a hard worker. Ever since I started volleyball I've became passionate for the sport and I believe that with the right coach I have even greater heights to meet. I'm a hard worker both in sports and academically and I am known for not giving up on the court. My goals are to receive the best education and enjoy my college experience and I know without volleyball I will not be able to fully do that.
