My personal goal is to be the best that I can be on and off the court. I strive to attain academic excellence and be a role model in my community. I plan on obtaining a Masters Degree in Sports Marketing and International Business. Volleyball is a sport that made me grateful for what I can accomplish as a player and as a team. Volleyball is a time to work as a team with my teammates who feel like family. We all have each other’s backs and push each other to always keep perfecting our skills. I was a Team Captain my Freshman and Sophomore years and a Team Co-Captain my Junior & Senior years. I received the MVP Award my Freshman year and Best Attitude Award my Sophomore and Junior year. Outside of school and club volleyball, I work with a personal coach for private lessons to keep improving my volleyball skills. I also have a personal trainer that I work with twice a week for strength, speed and agility to get stronger and faster. I feel that there is always room for improvement and will continue to fine tune my skills and work hard to be my best every day.
