Personal Statement
I am a 5'10" junior hitter from Cedarville CA. I have been playing volleyball since i was 9 years old. I have played on the varsity volleyball team at my high school since my freshman year. I have been captin for the last year as a junior. I was also selected as evergreen Leauge all team player of the 2010 year.
I, like many others, realize that I have started the recuiting process very late in my high school Career. I come from a very small school in northern California, so I havent been able to get the exposure to colleges like many others. With our school being so small I have had to play everywhere on the court so im familiar with playing every positon. Im looking very forward to furthering my education and would love to become a physical therapist. Im mostly looking into Colleges in either Texas or California, but im very open to going where they offer my intended major. I really enjoy people and after college i would like to go into the Peace Corps so i can help others around the world.
