Brynn Bisher '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Brynn Bisher. I am a 16 year old junior at Buchanan High School and I have been playing volleyball since I was 12 years old. I started in Lemoore (CA) playing for a very small beach club with my local friends and also played indoor for a club called Whiplash that was actually coached by my mom, Amy Groefsema! I grew to love volleyball more and more and starting playing for Shorebreak Beach Volleyball Club, in Clovis (CA). I continued playing indoor for different clubs all throughout highschool and just finished my last year of indoor club playing for Valley Volleyball Academy (VVA) on Justin Adams 16-3 team as a starting OH. I now play for Elite Beach’s volleyball club in Clovis and we get to practice at our local churches sand courts! I love this club because it is influenced and ran by many coaches who share my same love for God. Volleyball started off as just another sport, as a kid I played any sport I could including basketball, soccer, competitive swim, waterpolo, track, you name it. However, as I got older and competitive grew, most athletes started dialing in to one specific sport, and my sport was volleyball. Now it is something I love to do, but also a way to challenge myself and have fun doing it!
