Personal Statement
I am a sophmore at Moorpark High School playing my second year as a starter on the JV volleyball team. This season I played full rotation as an outside hitter. Our team won the league champions. I was honored to receive the Co-MVP & Player of the Year award for the Coastal Canyon League as well as the Best Defensive Player Award for my team.. I am currently playing on the 16 LAVA Volleyball Club team. Prior to that I played as a starting outside hitter for Reef Volleyball Club. I am a competitive, coachable, team player with a positive attitude. I graduate in 2017.
I received the Presidential Academic award my Sophomore year and the Athlete Scholar award in my freshman year,
I believe my versatility on the court as well as my strength as a team leader will make a solid contribution to any college volleyball program.
