Elizabeth Robinett '19 Recruiting Profile

    I was made captain Junior year on my varsity volleyball team (which was my first high school year playing volleyball). I have played competitive school volleyball for 5 years. My main position is middle hitter and outside hitter, however, I can also set decently, so I wouldn't mind any position that I may be asked to do. If I'm not doing school work, working, or at church then I am at the park or gym practicing outside of our normal practice time. I know there is ALWAYS something I can improve on. I want to be the best team player I can be for my team and coach.  

    I enjoy learning new drills and watching Olympic and college volleyball to help me improve my skills. I would really like to become a coach in the future, because I enjoy teaching kids how to be active and learn character building skills through sports! I believe that sports helped build my character, patience, and taught me to give everything my all. I have maintained a high GPA throughout all of high school (current is 3.97).  I have also maintained all A's in my college classes. 

    Not only do I play volleyball, but I play basketball as well. I have played school basketball competitively for 7 years. Even though I'm only 5'10'' I know with hard work and dedication I can be a great asset to my team mates! I do a lot of community service for my church by teaching kids every Sunday, playing music for programs, and participating in choir.
