Caryssa Mckeon '20 Recruiting Profile

A dream of mine is to continue to play volleyball at a collegiate level. I have been an athlete most of my life and being apart of any team is an honor. Over the years I have learned more about being a true, honorable teammate. I exemplify qualities such as leadership, loyalty, and trust. I have greatly improved my communication and work ethic as well. I have learned over the years to better myself and my team during hardships and how to come back from them. I always aspire to maintain a positive attitude and be an example on the court for my teammates.

I have played 4 years for high school and 4 years of club volleyball. I have achieved a 3.8-4.0 GPA (unweighted) thus far in high school and am highly involved at my school. I am apart of several clubs on campus, as well as my schools' ASB Leadership program. Along with this, I have strong, personal relationships with many of my coaches, teachers and members within my community. I have developed an unexplainable love for the game of volleyball and I hope to continue my passion and advance my skills in college. Playing at a collegiate level for volleyball would be a dream come true.

After I high school, I plan to attend school and play volleyball. I plan on majoring in sociology and minoring in psychology.
