Briana Queen '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi. My name is Briana Queen, and I'm a 5'9" outisde hitter from Northern California. My parents put me in sports from the age of 4, because they knew how important it was to be a part of something bigger than just myself. I'm so grateful for that decision. At 10 years old, my mom suggested I try Volleyball but I was hesitant as I had only played soccer until that point. My best friend and I signed up for a week long camp the summer before 6th grade and I've never looked back. 

I'm still trying to decide what I want to do with my future, but I know it involves getting a quality education and playing Volleyball for as long as I can. I think I'm a bit different than an average Volleyball player, I'm not the loudest one on the court and I probably won't be the one leading the cheers but my steadfast commitment to being a reliable teammate, student and person sets me apart from the rest. I'd love to find a home in a collegiate program where my attributes are able to shine while continuing to play the game I fell in love with at 10 years old.
