Annabelle Manalili '23 Recruiting Profile

Volleyball has played a huge role in my life and has helped me strengthen my confidence and leadership. I am 14 years old and in 9th grade, and have been playing volleyball since I was 8.  My love for the sport grows more and more every year.  Playing volleyball has taught me to communicate and collaborate with others, step outside my comfort zone, and be highly positive even in the most challenging circumstances. 

I am a disciplined student and enjoy learning and problem solving.  My high school GPA is 3.85 and I'm in an accelerated math program.  I am looking for a college that has a great volleyball program as well as a strong science and engineering curriculum.

My first year of high school volleyball was a blast, going undefeated throughout the whole season. It helped me develop more strength, leadership, and bonds with my fellow classmates. I am greatly looking forward to the rest of my volleyball career.
