To start off, I have been playing volleyball , for my school, since the 7th grade. Volleyball to me is more than just a sport, it's a lifestyle. From the beginning, I have had a burning passion for it, I work hard during practices only to show off my skills in games. I have always aspired to play on the collegiate level. I plan on going to college to become a Cardio-thoracic Surgeon. To juggle school and sports is challenging for some people, but I am a true example showing that you can do it.
Most of the time, on and off the court, I am what holds the team together. I make sure everyone is in rotation, I am constantly talking, and making sure we win the game.
I have always maintained a high GPA, and held multiple honors courses. I volunteer at the Alachua County Courthouse by appearing as a juror on the Teen Court Jury system.
I saw my first college volleyball game back in 2014. It was the University of Florida vs. Florida State University. I have always wanted to play on the college level, but by going to that game, I realized how bad I wanted it. It would be a dream come true to be able to play for any college team and to represent a school in that manner.
