Margaret Sierra '23 Recruiting Profile

My college goals is to make the best out of everything; to not let a single opportunity swing by and to learn and collect as much information as possible. I would be a great candidate for your team because I am a quick learner and it's easy for me to adapt to new game plans or any sudden changes. The majority of the time I am good at controlling my feelings on the court and I generally help my teammates believe in themselves and just have fun and enjoy what they're doing because we could be the best technical team out there but if we do not have passion for what we do we will never take our game to the next level. What makes me different from other recruits in character is that I'm a very energetic player and I tend to bring lots of energy to the court, definitely the loudest player and the one who cheers on others the most. In terms of athletics, what makes me different is that, I have experience in almost all positions of the game. Throughout my volleyball career I have played outside hitter, right side hitter, setter, libero, and defensive specialist. So if there is ever an injury or any complication I would be able to help and adjust to it quickly. In terms of academics, I consider myself a pretty curious person and I feel the need to learn new things day by day, I'm very dedicated to my studies and also try my very best.
