I am still struggling with a career I would like to spend the rest of my life on (I am looking towards a science/math major). However, I do know one thing, I love volleyball and could spend everyday playing the sport. Right now I am interested in majoring in Pharmaceutical practices or stay within the medical field. By the end of my senior year, I aspire to graduate with a steady weighted GPA of at least 4.0. I would also like to become the president of an important club at our school before the end of senior year. I am very confident that if you are looking for a player that keeps the court positive and knows how to run an offense I am the player for you! Ever since I first started volleyball, I knew that this sport was the one thing in my life that would always be there for me and keep me focused on my life goals. Although I may not be the tallest or jump the highest there is a quote that I have always lived by that states "motivation beats mere talent almost every time". This quote signifies my volleyball career because I have played on teams that weren't always physically stronger than our opponent but were mentally focused and managed to win every game we played together. I know that by telling myself I can do something and setting a goal, I will do it. This lifestyle has gotten me farther than I thought I would ever go academically and physically-it made me a better athlete, leader on and off the court, and student. I never give up on myself or others and I will do my best to create chemistry among the team. I am very driven and self-motivated and willing to do whatever it takes to have a "successful" season or team.
