Kanani Silva '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kanani Silva, I am a class of 2026 DS/Setter from Kauai, Hawaii. I am devoted in continuing my career in not only volleyball, but also study in either Veterinarian Medicine or Travel Nurse. I wanna stay consistent in balancing both my sports and knowledge in the field that I look forward in taking. 

In the matter of being a DS/Setter, I bring encouragement, hustle, and dedication for my team. In my ability, I want to show beyond doubt what connections and abilities volleyball can offer. From there, communication plays a big role in being a good teammate. 

What sets me apart from others is my perseverance. I accept challenges with open arms and know that it's gonna make me a better athlete and person in general. I am coachable, motivated, and hungry for a spot in a collegiate program. In my academics, I want to learn as much as my brain can possibly process and have it help me for my future goals as an adult.
