Kaili Pila '21 Recruiting Profile

Aloha! My name is Kaili Pila, and I am a graduate of Kamehameha Schools Hawaiʻi. I love the ocean and being outside. In my free time I enjoy playing volleyball, surfing, and spending time with my family and friends. Volleyball has been a passion of mine ever since 7th grade. Iʻve grown tremendously as a player and more importantly as a person. Playing volleyball has helped me to develop and refine some of the most important skills and attributes I have. When I commit to something, I give it everything I got. Something that enhances me as a volleyball player is that I play for my team. I believe that I am a great team player who helps to inspire and strengthen anybody that I play with. I am always positive and encouraging on and off the court, and I will do everything in my power to lift my teammates up whenever we start to get down.  I always try my best to have a smile on my face no matter what because I know that energy is contagious. I strive to be a positive entity that is always there for my team.
