Kayla Pang '18 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Kayla-marie Pang and I live in Oahu, Hawaii. I have been playing volleyball since I was eight years old. I realized I wanted to play at the collegiate level while watching Head Coach Dave Shoji's University of Hawaii Women's Volleyball Team. My future goals for college is to excel in both academics and athletics.

I am determined and motivated to play at the next level. I am a good leader and communicator on and off the court. I know that I am coachable, and obtain a great outgoing attitude. I strive to be the best player on the court. I play for the most competitive school in my state, and carry back to back junior varsity championships. 

Academically, I work hard to keep my GPA high. I volunteer at my local pet shelter and am currently in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. 

I would like to attend a college where I can work on my academics and athletics. I have no preference geographically, but I would like to find a college that offers a major in either biology or veterinarian medicine. I hope to become a recruit that my parents, school, and state can be proud of.
