Kristen Wilson '20 Recruiting Profile

    My enthusiasm for volleyball has continued to grow since beginning to play at the age of nine.  My devotion to this amazing sport has made playing at a collegiate level a dream of mine.  As a natural leader, volleyball allows me the opportunity to direct and support my team, it is an honor to be the captain of my school varsity volleyball team this year.  In addition, I am truly a team-oriented player.  Being part of a team is an utter joy, I depend on my teammates to bring their best and expect the same of myself.  I am focused, competitive, also encouraging and excited on the volleyball court.  I love to play and it shows. 

    I am a very hard-working student and I take my schoolwork seriously.  I have been enrolled in all honors classes during all four years of high school.  Thus far, I have maintained a grade point average of 3.7 and above. 

I would look forward to a combination of both a wonderful athletic and academic experience in college.
