Katie Timmer '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi!  I am Katie Timmer and currently a Junior at Antioch Community High School.  I started playing volleyball in 6th grade and have played every year since then, as well as, play on a National team for Wisconsin Juniors.  I play middle and have an approach of 9 feet 6 inches.  I truly enjoy and love the game of volleyball, and am always a team player and leader.  I am looking to continue my volleyball career in college as I want to become a travel trauma nurse.  I am extremely focused on my academics and understand the emotional, physical, and mental game of volleyball while maintaining fitness and healthy eating on a daily basis to stay strong and maintain my health.  In my spare time, I enjoy working at a local hot dog stand and am a certified lifeguard.  Fun fact is I love a cold brew Starbucks coffee anytime of the day.  Please consider giving me this dream and making my future goal come true!
