In my 6 years of playing volleyball, my passion and commitment continues to grow as each season passes. I have grown as a student- athlete and desire to compete at the college level. I have developed a better understanding of the importance of communication, responsibilities and leadership through my role as a captain and being awarded All Tournament Team. I believe that volleyball has and will always play an important role in my development as a future leader in forensic science. 

I have been doing peer buddies since elementary school, a program where students can help the special education classes in learning. This has taught me how to balance academics and athletics while helping others. I like to keep a positive outlook on situations and help to reach success by encouraging and working with those around me. I’m looking for a college that can challenge me athletically as well as academically to be the best person I can be!
