I would like to play collegiate volleyball at a school that offers a variety of educational opportunities. I want to play for a team where my teammates push me to the best of my abilities and make me a great all around player. I want to be a part of a program that believes in giving 110% effort every day. When I'm playing its not only about me it is about the player next to me or in front of me it is about us working together as a team. I want to a positive contributor to my team and school. Being an active part of the school community that I attend is important to me.
I am a goal oriented person. I push myself over the summer and during tryouts because I wanted to make the varsity team as a freshman. Currently, I am the only freshman on my varsity volleyball team. I learned quickly that I have to push myself harder than anyone to earn the respect and confidence of my teammates. I accepted that challenge and have been a contributing member of the team since day one. I have earned a starting position on the team. With that I know it is up to me to keep my position by bring my game on and off the court everyday. I support my teammates as they support me too. We win as a team and loose as a team.
