I am a good candidate for your team. I believe I am the most spiritual teammate. Not only am I good teammate, but I'm an improved athlete. I wouldn't say my team is the best, but we try so hard to keep are heads up. Some of my teammates have low self esteem that I help them out with their situation. I been there and it's a very difficult situation. No longer want to go back in that situation, to the point I help them out. It tears me apart to see how they beat themselves up because they're not good enough. I keep there heads up by cheering or talking to them. Some of my teammates think more of themselves as superiors than others: I don't tolerate that. That is why, I'm the captain of the team because I don't tolerate unjustice.  Now, academically I'm on point! Lately this year, my senior year, I been getting straight A's. I been from a simple girl trying out for volleyball, to a libero, to the captain of the team. I'm a good athlete for your team!! I will overcome your challenges, if you leg me in your team!!
