Grace Rochford '17 Recruiting Profile

Like many girls, it is my dream to play college volleyball. I'm not looking to be the star in the spotlight. The one thing I love is playing along players who are better than me. Those are the kind of people I want to learn from, the ones who can teach me and help me to become my best. One of my favorite quotes is, "Your only competition is with the player you were yesterday".

One of my biggest role models are Navy Seals. They have this incredible mental toughness and sense of teamwork that astounds me. Seals are so disciplined and so selfless, that I aspire to be just like them.
