As a High School Student Athlete I have always aspired to become a better Volleyball player, for not only myself but also for my team and school. My school pride shines on and off the court as well as within my sportsmanship, I have always been recognized for my can-do attitude and my endless effort to push not only myself but those around me. I believe that regardless of my abilities there is always something more to offer, and success is not only physical but also mental. As a Student I am always very involved in discussion, which is an admirable skill that I bring with me into my athletics. I feel I am very compliant as I am always open to suggestions and eager for new approaches. My attitude and love for this sport is definitely one my former coaches will surely never forget.
Recently I was recruited by Ancilla College (JuCo) where the coach that had recruited me resigned. Regardless of the situation I continued to play on the Ancilla Volleyball team for the following two years. While at Ancilla I was also recruited by their softball team, and cheer team, where I also played for 2 years. I successfully played Three time consuming sports while in college and maintaining an impressive GPA and holding down a job as an RA my sophomore year. Throughout this experience I have earned some very valuable skills both as an athlete and as a student. I wish to continue my journey in volleyball for the next two years with another college, now its just a matter of where.
