My name is Addison Alvis, and I’m a 6’0 opposite hitter from Okotoks, Alberta, Canada. I’m currently a freshman at North Park University and have recently entered the NCAA transfer portal to find a new opportunity that aligns more closely with my academic and athletic goals. I believe my experience, mindset, and background make me a strong candidate for any program looking for a driven, team-first athlete with long-term potential. I’ve learned how to be a reliable teammate on and off the court, and I’ve grown in my ability to handle pressure, stay disciplined, and constantly seek growth, even when things get uncomfortable. I’m known for being coachable, hardworking, and intensely committed to improving every day. I embrace feedback and bring energy to every practice, lift, and match. I believe the best teams are built on trust, culture, and accountability, and I want to be part of a program that values not just winning, but growing together. My goal is to join a team where I can continue to be challenged, contribute meaningfully, and push both myself and my teammates to a higher level.
