I started playing volleyball when I was four years old in 2012-2013. I have always tried to achieve my goals and will always try my hardest to play with all my energy and skills. Playing in college is an experience that would benefit me as a person and as a player. Recently, I had to stop playing volleyball for medical reasons, but the time I was out only made me grow more as a player physically and mentally.
I'm a setter that distributes the ball very well. I always try to make the game fun, structured, and talkative. Depending on how well a player is doing, I decide if it's time or not to set them. I think quickly and am very good at working under pressure, and I consider myself a leader. I always try to lift the spirits of my teammates because having fun and connecting as a team while playing is the key to success. Not only that, but I do my best to adjust to my hitter's requests or necessities. I move quickly and anticipate plays. I have a jump serve and move pretty quickly around the court. Furthermore, I learn from my mistakes and listen to my coach and any advice he has to give me.
In school, I have a 4.0 GPA. I'm very responsible when it comes to homework because for me to be able to play without worries, I need to distribute my time correctly, which means that, most of the time, I do my schoolwork the day it's given to me. I'm very friendly with my classmates and try to always help them feel included in class activities.
